Pre-course Information
As part of our commitment to you and your employees UTN Training will deliver or provide the following:
a) An environment that is conducive to learning activities
b) Appropriate equipment to support the learning activity
c) Knowledgeable and qualified tutors or verifiers
d) Appropriate and up-to-date course materials
e) Impartial examinations in accordance with awarding body requirements
f) An appeals procedure
In return we would ask the following:
Students must abide by the following behavioural standards whilst attending a UTN Training course:
a) Site rules relating to Health and Safety must be observed
b) Adhere to the No-smoking regulations in operation
c) Abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour or language must not be used towards other students or UTN employees.
We would also ask that you help us to make the learning experience more productive by undertaking the following:
a) Informing students of our requirements relating to behaviour
b) Ensure that students bring with them the appropriate items as described in the course joining details (i.e. approved PPE etc)
c) Informing UTN Training about any additional learning needs that may be applicable to an individual student or anything else that may affect their performance in any assessment or exams.
Also any physical disibilities that may affect them during the course, assessments or exams. (Note: This information must be passed to UTN Training before the commencement of the course)
d) Informing UTN about any special dietary requirements that may be applicable to an individual student.

Cancellation & Course Attendance Terms
Where a firm booking is subsequently cancelled, The Company reserves the right to apply the following charges:
More than 5 days before course start: 0% cancellation fee
3 to 5 days before course start: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 2 days before course start: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The date The Company receives the cancellation notice will be regarded as the official cancellation date and appropriate charges will apply. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time prior to the course start date.
Course Start Time (Important)
Please ensure you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your confirmed course start time (as per your confirmation email).
Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the course, and the full course fee will still apply. A new booking and payment will be required to attend on another date.
